License Key Operations
View License Status
- Path: Settings → AnythingLLM Pro
Remove License Key
- Navigate to Settings → AnythingLLM Pro.
- Click the trash icon next to the active license.
- Note: Reverts Pro features to free-tier daily limits immediately.
Troubleshoot Invalid/Expired License
- Verify active plan status at my.mintplexlabs.com/dashboard.
- Force validation: Click Remove license key and re-paste the key.
- If unresolved, email:

Firewall Rules
To allow periodic license validation checks, whitelist the following host:

Offline Operation Limits
- Validation Interval: Requires internet connectivity at least once every 48 hours.
- Timeout Behavior: Exceeding 48 hours offline invalidates the key locally; reconnect to restore.

Usage Policy
- Device Limits: No enforcement on multi-device usage for a single key.
- Data Privacy: Zero data egress. Features run locally using the configured LLM.
