Scope: Hosted SaaS deployment of AnythingLLM on managed cloud infrastructure only. Excludes self-hosted deployments.
1. Account Security & License
- Grant: Non-transferable, revocable license for internal business use.
- Requirement: Maintain accurate registry data.
- Security: User must secure credentials and report unauthorized access to team@mintplexlabs.com immediately.
2. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
- Payment Management: Track status and update payment methods via my.mintplexlabs.com.
- Cancellation: Terminate subscriptions via my.mintplexlabs.com or via email.
- Provider Rights: Mintplex Labs reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data Status: Deletion of services is final and non-recoverable.
- Retention Policy: No instance configurations, logs, usage data, or user data are retained following manual termination, cancellation, or payment failure.
4. Platform Performance & Availability
- Support: Report offline instances or service issues to team@mintplexlabs.com.
- Recovery: Users must initiate instance recovery via my.mintplexlabs.com or request manual support via email.
- Disclaimer: No guarantee of bug-free operation, security, or continuous availability. Mintplex Labs is not liable for data loss or service outages.
5. Refunds
- Eligibility: Prorated refunds for the current billing cycle upon request.
- Method: Issued to the original payment method.
- Discretion: All other refund requests are subject to approval by Mintplex Labs. No credits or refunds are guaranteed for offline instances.
6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
- Ownership: Platform IP remains property of Mintplex Labs. Transmitted user data remains owned by the account owner, with usage rights granted to the platform for service improvement.
- Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of California, United States.
