Operational Access & Telemetry Control
Instance Access
- Access Policy: Mintplex Labs staff access hosted instances exclusively for debugging, maintenance, and support.
- Content Privacy: Generated content and uploaded materials are not shared or visible to third parties.
Telemetry Opt-Out
- Action: Disable telemetry collection via the application user interface (UI) to stop anonymous usage tracking.
Retention and Deletion Policy
- Trigger Events: Service cancellation, non-payment, or manual account termination.
- Retention Period: 0 days (Immediate deletion).
- Purge Action: The instance and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from AWS systems at the exact time of cancellation. No recovery options are available.
User Rights

- Access, correction, or erasure of personal data.
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing.
