Scope & Applicability

Key Definitions
- Software: Downloadable binary/modules governed under these terms.
- Services: Community support forums and Mintplex Labs services.
- Content: User-provided data/files uploaded to the software.

Operational Constraints & Usage Restrictions
Operators and users must not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software/Documentation.
- Integrate third-party software outside of Mintplex Labs’ published interfaces.
- Inject open-source code into the software that imposes Copyleft/GPL terms (disclosure of source code, free redistribution).
- Sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or host the desktop application as an ASP/SaaS.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary (except as permitted by law).
- Remove or obfuscate copyright or proprietary notices.
Deployment & System Requirements
- Installations must match the Certified System Requirements specified in the official documentation.
- Operators are solely responsible for compliance with legal regulations regarding uploaded content.
Third-Party AI Models & Integrations
- The software integrates with Third-Party AI models and products.
- Users must maintain separate, compliant license agreements directly with those third-party providers.
- Mintplex Labs offers no warranty and assumes no liability for the failure or operations of third-party products/models.
Feedback License
Any submitted feedback, suggestions, or bug reports grant Mintplex Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to incorporate the feedback into their products.
Compliance, Export Controls, and Sanctions
- Prohibited Destinations: The software must not be exported, re-exported, or transferred to any US-sanctioned country (OFAC).
- Prohibited Entities: Users must not be listed on, or owned >50% by parties on, U.S. government restricted lists (e.g., Specially Designated Nationals List).
Liability & Dispute Resolution
- Warranty: Software is provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” without warranty of any kind.
- Remedy: The sole remedy for dissatisfaction or issues is to uninstall the Software and cease service usage.
- Liability Cap: Aggregate liability for all claims is limited to $50.00.
